The Avaya 5600 Series IP Telephones, developed specifically to meet the needs of small and medium businesses, bring rich features and functions directly to the desktop, while also supporting desktop applications above and beyond telephony. Several models are available, ranging from entry-level IP telephones to those built specifically for demanding contact center environments.The 5600 series IP telephones are for use with the Avaya IP Office system.

The new Avaya 5620 IP phone is designed for organizations using the IP Office telephone system who want a cost-effective way to enjoy the benefits of converged communications. The 5620 Digital Telephone is compatible with all Avaya IP Office 403, 406v2, and 412 processors running software version 3.0.

The Avaya 5620 VoIP phone also includes a built-in headset jack and a full-duplex speaker phone for audio conferencing. This unit can be wall-mounted or used on the desktop with a 7 position adjustable stand.
